The Chairman's Reserve Series signifies our founder Mr. Chun-Keung Chan's commitment and determination to produce the best quality wine of China. Just like many world-class wineries in France, he hopes to create a legend in the wine-making industry in China that will be celebrated for generations to come. Chairman's Reserve is made from top-class grapes. Like all other top wines in the world, natural sediment will appear in the wine after a certain time of storage. This wine should age for 10 yearrs or over.
Tasting notes:
Clear purple red. Showing red cherry, cassis and dried herbs with savoury oak complexity and spiciness on the nose. On the palate, the wine is dense with balance structure and acidity. The wine should continue to devlop under proper cellaring.
