Creating Account

  • Please click here for our company contact information.

  • 1) Click on "Register" link at the top right side of our site.
    2) Fill in your details.
    3) Click Submit.

  • After login, click the "Dashboard" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

  • Yes, please contact us in advance so that we have sufficient time to prepare your order before collection. You can notify us when placing your order through the phone.

    Self-collection is available at 16, Tagore Lane, Singapore 787476 8am to 5pm (Mondays to Friday) & 8am to 1pm (Saturday).

  • At the login page, click on “Forget Password” link. Enter your email address to retrieve your password.

Placing Order

  • You will receive an auto-response email after ordering, showing that our system has captured your order. A staff will be contacting you within 2 working days to schedule the delivery.

  • We strive for orders to be delivered within 2 working days.

  • We deliver Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 1pm, excluding Sunday & public holidays.

Delivery Service/Payment Methods

  • For orders above $80, we offer free island-wide delivery. For orders below $80, there will be a surcharge of $10.

  • We accept the following payment methods:

    1.    Visa, Mastercard, Amex through paypal
    2.    Cash on Delivery

  • All prices are inclusive of GST.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
